08 JULY 14,30h at ABHYASA YOGA LISBON In this workshop we shall cover ︎ a brief overview of the anatomy & physiology related to breathing ︎the connection of the respiratory system with the nervous system ︎ learn the basics of correct breathing ︎a short warm up of the body using āsana and movement techniques ︎ explore some techniques of prānāyāma and some kriyas (cleansing techniques) ︎some of the common errors that occur when performing prānāyāma ︎a brief meditation using the breath as a focus for turning inward.
